Review: Zija Miracle Gel

April 2, 2018

Did Miracle Gel catch your attention? Sometimes in the mornings, or the end of a stressful day, when I look in the mirror thats exactly what I feel I need!! A freaking MIRACLE!

A friend of mine asked me to give this product a try and give him my honest opinion. Since I'm a product junkie, I love trying new products and because of time of year my skin was getting super dry from the weather and due to an extremely stressful recent event, my skin had broken out really bad. I was willing to try anything. I have to admit at first I was a little skeptical of a product that promised so much if it would actually work and I was worried about what I would say when I didn't see a difference.

Fast forward 2 months of using....... I love this gel!

I'll admit, the name of it through me off a bit as well as the pink gel, reminding me slightly of my days of selling Mary Kay. That being said this gel is the bomb!

The brand is Zija. When I looked into this brand I was very impressed with them. Zia tries to provide the highest quality and most nutritious elements to each of their product lines. They specialize in health, wellness and beauty products. It was first started when the founder had learned about a tree grown in North India.   His interest piqued as he observed people being sustained by consuming small amounts of this nutrient-rich botanical, called Moringa oleifera.

From their website-*The 2 Minute Miracle Gel is a clinically proven 7-in-1 multitasking topical product that harnesses powerful ingredients. It gently renews skin without any grains, abrasives, or acids leaving skin smooth, soft, and glowing—all in just 2 minutes.

BENEFITS

  • Lightly cleanses without sulfates that dry skin out

  • Tones by balancing out all skin types to optimal levels

  • Exfoliates without the use of harsh abrasives

  • Brightens by removing the dull surface layer of dead skin

  • Hydrates and plumps, leaving skin soft and smooth

  • Minimizes the look of pores by keeping them void of debris

  • Primes the skin to ensure flawless makeup application

  • Suited for use on the face, neck, décolletage, and body

  • For all skin types and complexions

What I love about this gel is the way my makeup goes on after using. I noticed a big difference day one. The first day I used it I had 2 comments of how "glowy" I looked. It sloughed off any dry skin, and my makeup went on so smoothly. It does leave a dewy almost primer feeling to the skin.

I personally would not use this gel a cleanser at night to take your makeup off. I like a cleanser that really leaves that squeaky clean feeling.  I preferred it in the morning as soon as I wake up, put the gel on a fresh dry face and I leave it 2-3 minutes. It says leave on for 45 seconds, but I found I had better results leaving on a little longer. Then using circular movements to work the gel in and around and you can literally feel your skin gently flaking off. Then you gently rinse with warm water.  It leaves a moisturized feeling after using. Your skin will instantly feel softer and smoother.

To use:

*Apply a thin layer to dry skin on the face, neck, hands, or other areas in need of rejuvenation. Allow to sit 45-60 seconds, then massage in a circular motion until gel becomes a liquid. It will begin to roll and lift away dead skin. If the gel does not liquefy and roll up, wait an additional 30 seconds and continue massaging. Rinse well and pat dry.

Two months of use and my skin is much clearer, my typical winter dryness is at a minimum. I think its a great product to add to your morning routine. If you are looking for a product that has good quality ingredients, a gentle exfoliator and leaves your face feeling soft this is the product for you!
